Yunnan Cathaya Sino-Italy Apparel Co., Ltd was founded in November 2019 and invested by Hangzhou Sino-Italy Apparel Co., Ltd. The company is located in Longchuan County, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, bordering with southwest Myanmar, surrounded by hills and water, a beautiful scenery. The factory area of the company is about 18,000 square meters,, mainly producing mid-end woven garment products. Based on the technical support from Hangzhou Sino-Italy Apparel Co., Ltd, combined with the actual situation of the local market, the company will become an intelligent, automated and data-oriented garment textile processing enterprise. Since its establishment, it has been undertaking orders from UNIQLO and other international brands. Currently, 10 intelligent hanging production lines and sewing equipment have been configured and assembled. The lines are pairwise linked to form 5 large flow groups to meet the characteristics of tatting fashion. In addition, the 10 uninstalled production lines are designed into 5 large flow lines, which are mainly for the production of single large orders and are connected with the first 5 through chain lines. In this way, small flow group form is followed by small batch order production, and large flow group form is followed by single large quantity of orders. The company adopts data management. Before bulk production, the cut pieces shall be sent to the production system according to the color separation code and PO scanning code. After the sewing process, the pieces shall be transmitted to the next vehicle through chain line. After the whole processing, the pieces shall be sorted into the storage system and sent down line according to the original imported color separation code and PO scanning data. After the whole line is connected, the terminal management is carried out, which is convenient for production data collection, timely control of production schedule and real-time statistics of output according to the production plan, greatly improving the work efficiency and the quality of garments.
